OUR APPROACH

Selah brings together reformer Pilates, mat-based movement, and strength-focused training under one roof—creating a complete and personalized approach to movement.

Each format offers something distinct. Reformer develops control, precision, and resistance for deep, supported muscle engagement. Mat-based movement builds stability, endurance, and control through bodyweight and dynamic movement. Strength-focused training adds load and intensity to build power, definition, and overall strength.

Together, they create a balanced practice designed to strengthen, challenge, and support your body—building strength that feels sustainable, supportive, and lasting over time.

REFORMER PILATES

A full-body Pilates workout using the reformer to build strength, stability, and mobility. With intentionally small class sizes, sessions allow for more personalized guidance and attention to form while emphasizing controlled movement, core engagement, posture, and proper alignment. Designed to help you move with greater awareness, confidence, and strength.

ELEVATE

A full-body, music-driven class that blends strength training, standing work, mat-based sequencing, and intentional transitions. Expect dynamic movement, controlled strength, short bursts of energy, and a grounded finish designed to leave you feeling strong, energized, and balanced

BARRE SCULPT

A barre-inspired class designed to build balance, stability, and controlled strength through intentional movement and sculpt-focused sequencing. Expect small, focused movements, light resistance, and full-body control designed to challenge coordination, endurance, and core engagement in a low-impact, music-driven format.
